Our friendly receptionists are available to assist you. Kindly inform the receptionists if you need a longer booking.
Fees
- Bulk-billing is available for most GP services
- Bulk-billing for regular patients to the practice
- Telehealth/Telephone services are private billings
- For all casual patients to the practice, a private fee will be incurred
- For pensioners, we aim to provide an accessible service which are bulk-billed where possible
Telephone Call Policy
Most queries are best dealt with by consultation but if appropriate your doctor will discuss a telephone query with you. Results and referrals are generally not given over the phone.
If the doctor is consulting, your call will be returned as soon as the doctor is free.
Emergency situations are an exception and are always dealt with urgently.
